By accessing or using LogicoreX services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

LogicoreX provides technology services including software development, AI solutions, design, and online education through LogicoreX Academy. Service scope, timelines, and deliverables are defined in individual service agreements.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorized use.

4. Course Enrollment

Enrollment grants you a non-transferable license to access course materials for personal learning. You may not redistribute, resell, or share course content.

5. Payments

All payments are processed securely. Course fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Service payments follow terms in the signed agreement.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on our platform are owned by LogicoreX unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce or distribute our content without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

LogicoreX shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

8. Changes

We reserve the right to update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
